Force Management Services

Chesapeake, VA – On 1 December 2023, Apogee Solutions was awarded a task order under its GSA Multiple Award Schedule to provide Force Management Services for the Office of the Chief Army Reserve (OCAR).  This task order requires Apogee Solutions to support OCAR Force Management responsibilities to fully develop Force Structure requirements, conduct Force Integration of organizational designs and plans, and conduct Force Accounting and Allocation of authorizations to provide the Army Reserve Commanders with a more accessible and readily deployable force.  The structure and individual assets must be relevant to current and future Army force requirements and must be managed in an effective balance of capabilities that can be resourced and trained to required readiness level upon their effective date. The Army Reserve Force Management (AR FM) includes the Full Time Support (FTS) and Manpower divisions that manage the force structure requirements and authorizations.  The goal is to anticipate the ever-evolving needs of today’s modern Army and to transform assets into structure that meets the nation’s interests.

The contract is for a base year with four one-year option periods.  The period of performance for base and option years is from 1 December 2023 through 30 November 2028.
