Morgan Zubof, SPHR

Morgan Zubof is Apogee Solutions’ Human Capital Manager, joining Apogee Solutions in October 2019.  Ms. Zubof started out as a Research Associate in 2015 for an executive search firm, working with clients in manufacturing consumer package goods and logistics to fill strategic senior level management positions.  She then took a contract recruiting position hiring Financial Services representatives across the United States before moving into corporate recruiting.  Ms. Zubof has worked in the Defense space, first at Cambridge International Systems as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and then as Corporate Recruiter and ultimately Human Capital Manager at Apogee Solutions. 

At Apogee Solutions, Ms. Zubof is responsible for all Employee Recruitment and Hiring; Employee On-Boarding; Employee Training and Development; Employee Performance; Employee Retention; Employee Awards, Recognition, and Morale; Employee Exit Process; and Public Relations.  She is also an active member of the Hampton Roads AFCEA chapter and serves on the Membership committee.

As a recruiter, Ms. Zubof believes passionately in helping companies grow and reach their full potential through the hiring of top talent.  She is committed to finding not only the most qualified individuals but also those individuals who are mission driven and dedicated to serving Apogee Solutions’ customers.  Ms. Zubof is especially interested in working with transitioning service members and veterans to help them find meaningful employment following their military careers.

A Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) from HRCI®, Ms. Zubof has a mastery of the strategic and policy-making aspects of Human Resources.  She has proven accountability for Human Resources goals with a breadth and depth of knowledge in all Human Resources disciplines and an understanding of business issues beyond Human Resources.

Ms. Zubof holds a Bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University in International Relations and a Master’s degree from the University of Rhode Island in Political Science.  Prior to becoming a recruiter, Ms. Zubof worked for the National Security Agency as an Intelligence Analyst.
