Analytical Services and Force Development

Process and well thought out strategy

Apogee Solutions uses a proven management process to assign responsibilities; analyze requirements, and develop execution plans to meet established expectations.  We place a special emphasis on operations research, business analytics, business process reengineering, and supporting military experimentation, performing systems analysis, design, and concept development in support of producing new Doctrine, Organizational, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel, and Facilities–Policy (DOTMLPF-P) solutions.

In support of the Army Futures Command, Apogee Solutions supports the Army Futures and Concepts Center (FCC) as well as the Capability Development Integration Directorates (CDID) at the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) and the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE).  The FCC assesses the threat and future operational environment, developing future concepts, requirements, and an integrated modernization pathway to increase lethality and over-match to enable Soldiers and units to compete—and, if necessary—deploy, fight, and win future wars.  The FCC provides the intellectual foundation and disciplined approach to design, develop, and field a more lethal future Army.  Apogee Solutions facilitates Army decisions for offensive and defensive Information Operations (IO).  Our work at the MCoE and MSCoE includes extensive involvement with Capability Based Assessments (CBA), Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capabilities Development Documents, Capabilities Production Documents (CPD), Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Concepts, and Operation Orders (OPORDs), plus a thorough understanding of the impact of Army Warfighting Challenges on the respective functional area, including implications and feedback for DOTMLPF-P.

Within the Joint Community, Apogee Solutions supports operational analysis and assessment for the Joint Staff J-7, focused on validating Joint warfighting and military capability development for the Joint Staff, multiple Combatant Commands, Services, and coalition partners.  The Joint Staff is focused on the transformation of U.S. military capabilities and is responsible for Joint concept development and experimentation, Joint interoperability and integration, and Joint training.  Apogee Solutions personnel perform force assessment analysis supporting the effectiveness, viability, and robustness of emergent Joint concepts.  They develop broad a collection and analysis methodologies to ensure all assessment data collected is of sufficient quantity, quality, and relevancy to meet objectives.  To incorporate general analysis requirements, they coordinate with experiment, exercise planning, and data management experts and apply analytical methods to synthesize qualitative information to support analysis of concept development and Joint force development and design while developing y insights and implementations in the form of written reports and summary presentations.
